From a Tech Forum to Industry Innovation: The Cybear-Tech Story
What began as a visionary tech forum in 2017 has evolved into a dynamic force in cloud computing and AI innovation. Our origins trace back to “Ingenuity,” a collaborative platform that united tech researchers and freelancers around emerging technologies like cloud computing and machine learning AI.
After establishing a strong presence in private tech communities, the forum’s success inspired its founding members to pursue independent ventures. This led to the creation of Cybear-Tech in 2022. Through three years of dedicated independent contracting and research initiatives, we’ve grown into a robust network of over 350 expert professionals and 25 strategic partners.
In February 2025, we’re excited to announce our evolution into Cyb-R Tech SàRL. Our current focus centers on groundbreaking research in immersion cooling technology, supported by prestigious innovation partners including Innosuisse and national tech alliances. These collaborations strengthen our commitment to advancing cybersecurity and AI solutions.
